Kristie ♥ Kyle - Treaty Oak Engagement

Kristie was looking for an engagement session with a romantic vibe. I don't know many places more romantic than that way the light shines through Treaty Oak at Jessie Ball Dupont Park. I had so much fun with Kristie and Kyle and their sweet daughter, Sophia. I am so excited for them and can't wait for their April wedding!

Sarah ♥ Corey - Palm Coast Engagement

I have known Corey for a little over 19 years. I haven't known Sarah for nearly as long, (going on 2 months?!) but I love them together. I love the security in the way they hold one another, how they laugh it off with ease and the apparent respect they share. I can't wait for their Colorado wedding next year!

Amanda ♥ Alex - Rainy Day Jacksonville Engagement

I say this all the time, but I love a couple that will play in the rain with me! When I first met with Amanda, it was right after I posted a picture from Jenifer and Dewey's wedding pointing out that it POURED for a good portion of the day. One of the first things she said to me was, "so you know how to make rain work!" Sometimes you don't get that perfect sunshine-y backlight. Sometimes the weather is not what you have been envisioning for your engagement photos since the moment you knew he was the one. Sometimes it rains and you pray really hard for no lightning. And when that happens, I always love the couple that says, let's go for it anyway. Let's do this - rain or shine - for better or worse. And we come out with this lovely magic. I am so happy to share these pictures of Amanda and Alex. Congratulations, I cannot wait for your wedding next year! Rain or shine.

Sarah ♥ Justin - St. Simon's Island Engagement

I always say my very favorite picture to take is the way a groom looks at his bride. To me, there is no greater thing in this world than to see that kind of adoration in a man's eyes. I loved this engagement shoot. The beauty of the beach and the oak trees on St. Simon's Island are overshadowed by the love in Justin's eyes. I cannot wait for their April wedding!!

Leah ♥ Major - Saint Mary's Engagement Photography

I loved spending the morning with Leah and Major on the dock where they've shared many dates. We were hoping for a beautiful sunrise, but it just didn't come. Instead, we were welcomed with moody skies, but some lovely light! On our way out of town we drove by an amazing flower field and I'm so happy they were up for stopping! Sometimes things don't go exactly as we planned, but something beautiful usually comes from it! Congratulations, Leah and Major!

Amanda and Buddy are the types of people you just want to be around. While wandering Riverside, Buddy found countless people he knew. You can tell Buddy and Amanda are people of community. Their kindness and smiles draw you in and you can't wait to get to know them! Congratulations, you two! I can't wait for your wedding next month!

Jessica ♥ Vamsi - Jacksonville Engagement

I love being a part of this family. I had the pleasure of shooting Jessica's sister's wedding two weeks ago and can't wait to capture more of this family's memories only 6 months later at Jessica and Vamsi's wedding! I've known Jessica for nearly 20 years, but I was just getting to know Vamsi during these photos. He's fun and warm and his eyes light up in the presence of his bride to be. I'm so excited to laugh more with them in March! Congratulations, Jessica and Vamsi!

Sharon ♥ Ryan - Riverside Engagement

Sharon and Ryan are my favorite kind of couple - completely silly, giggly and in love. We had so much fun wandering the streets of Riverside during their engagement session. I'm so excited to be a part of their fun November wedding!

Tetiana ♥ James - Engagement

I cannot get enough of this golden light, the traditional Ukrainian costumes and stoic horses! Tetiana wanted to bring her Ukrainian culture into their engagement shoot and I am SO happy she had this stunning vision. I love the way the red and blue pop against the golden sunset. Mixed with Tetiana and James's unmistakable joy, I'm giddy over the pretty!!! Congratulations, Tetiana and James! And a VERY big thank you to Triple C Ranch for lending us your horses!

Jennifer ♥ Andrew - RIverside and Intuition Aleworks Engagement

I have the unique position to meet so many different couples. To watch them interact and to get the smallest snippet of who they are while I explore various areas of Jacksonville with a camera and two people in love. Jennifer and Andrew stand out to me with their very real and apparent love to be around each other. They spent this hot, sticky, Florida summer morning whispering, laughing and holding hands in such a natural way, that I believe if my camera had been tucked away at home, these smiles still would have shone as bright. Congratulations, Jennifer and Andrew!

Katie ♥ Patrick - Amelia Island Engagement

"Me without her is not who I am supposed to/want to be." - Patrick Ahhh, what can I say about Katie and Patrick that the pure joy in their smiles or the love in their eyes doesn't already say? High school sweethearts (although, Katie's sister will quickly chime in to say they've actually been together since middle school), they've grown together through some of the most impressionable times in life. Through long distance, they became their own people while cultivating their relationship and appreciating time together. I had such a blast with the two of them. They are sweet, kind, caring and I can't wait for their wedding next May! Congratulations, Katie and Patrick!

Sarah ♥ Thomas - St. Augustine Engagement

I had so much fun with Sarah and Thomas on their morning engagement shoot. It wasn't what we had originally planned, but the normally bustling street of St. Augustine remained still and quiet in the early hour and it felt like we had the city to ourselves! Congratulations, Sarah and Thomas! It was so wonderful getting to know you both!

Jenifer ♥ Dewey - Engagement

I have been excited about this engagement shoot for months! I got to spend a gorgeous evening with Jenifer and Dewey last week! We had so much fun laughing and even though I've known Jen for around 20 years, it was so wonderful getting to know her and Dewey as a couple. Congratulations, you two! I can't wait for your wedding this September!

Christa ♥ Yinka - Beach Engagement

There is something so magical to me about this engagement shoot. It may be the way the fog falls off into nothing, the way the rain glows, or the way Christa's pink dress dances in the wind. But I'm certain part of it is the way Christa and Yinka's love draws you into their story and their joy. Congratulations, Christa and Yinka!
